New Petition for signing, bring forward FTTC rollout date.

I got quite a lot of stick in the previous post, and have taken feedback into this new petition which I'm sure you'll like a lot more wink

It now only asks for the FTTC date to be brought forward by a year & 1/2 which isn't unreasonable and is very do-able.

Best of luck, are we talking 100% of the 85000 BT cabinets enabled with FTTC by your date?

Your persistent Ill give you that, however I would take stock of previous attempts and come to the conclusion the audience here, is way off target.

Just a general acceleration of deployment, so if the current target is 80% of BT Cabinets by 2015, that would be brought forward; with the same mix of BT + BDUK.

And the plan is to whip Openreach harder? Or do you still intend to bypass all health and safety regulations and mandatory training and just rope people in off the street to do skilled telecomms work?
