Hi really happy plusnet customer switched from talktalk to plusnet On Monday managed too get an extra 4.5meg from plusnet. Talktalk must of got that bad lol.the only prob with plusnet is waiting on the phone 25-40mins 4 someone too pick up the phone. Hope plusnet getting more staff.

Hay Plusnet are get more staff on a weekly basis ... the best thing to do is to raise a support ticket thorough there online ticketing system there normally answered quickly
