..if there is then perhaps you could tell someone that PCP 23 in Brackley (at the junction of Humfries Drive and Johnson Drive) is open and flapping in the breeze.
I've tried to report it on the BTor contact site but just got a generic email telling me to call a number to report faults.
I called the number and got to a call centre. They apparently can't do anything without a post code and house number - neither of which I have because I spotted it on my afternoon walk.
Talk about a useless bunch of muppets!

For n/a details you just bluff the answers but the message gets to them.
Mind you, both times my issues have taken much chasing over 3 or 4 months to actually resolve
For some reason my initial responses only arrived at the weekends and the emails were all typed using 'Comic Sans' - I kid you not!
EDIT: I've just seen your post code comment!
FWIW I gave them the full post code, address, web page showing photos, map drawing, longitude and latitude - and they STILL responded saying we can't find it without a post code!!! Those OR guys like a laugh

The "I would like to report damage to Openreach external line plant" link. That's the link I used. I've used it once before without problems but this time all I got back was:
"Dear Mr Cope
Thank you for contacting Openreach.
For all reports of damaged Openreach equipment, please contact 0800 023 2023 and an advisor will be able to arrange an urgent visit to take place.
This number is available in the Telephone Directory and on the Openreach website.

Still - the wind's picking up, heavy rain is due tomorrow and as an engineer (albeit software) it bugs me that this problem is just going to fester - especially when OR supposedly have a way to report a fault.

It was the 17th July the last time I used their system.
If someone goes to all the trouble of telling BTor a problem by using their online system and all it does is give you a page telling you to phone them then that must be a joke...?
I'll see what happens when the next tree falls on my line...

Why is it flapping? Vandalism or accidental damage? Not too far from the playground which may be significant.

Might prove to be a useful educational experience for the kids. Some of the more noisy of them could do with a short sharp shock

These will be dealt with very quickly. Ring 151 and report it as cab door open, tell 'em your worried about kids playing nearby (the safety angle makes 'em jump). Look on Google maps and then say opposite number 1 (or whatever) Humphries Drive.
These reports come in all the time from third parties. To tell the truth they are usually Virgin cabs 95% of the time. They are a snip, and the engineers love 'em. They will even do an after hours call out to have them shut.

There was a Virgin cab on a busy road near us a year or so ago where the doors had disappeared! It's the route for a large number of revellers to walk home from watching Sky Sports at the biggest local pub, which may be relevant  . Even if such were not the cause, it was a notably risky place for such exposure.
I rang VM and reported it, took them 3-4 days to fix it.

There is a Virgin Cab near here and it is still open after 18 months!
It is on a popular route for students back from the pub ... and I understand that frequently they loose service around 23:00/00:00 ish but it recovers the following morning. Students apparently "relieve" themselves into the cabinet and now the pub has a notice asking them to refrain!

That's good - I suspect VM customers in your area. My parents have a VM cab outside their property, and its had doors swinging free for years. My parents have reported it to Eurobell, then Telewest, then VM, but all thats happened is someone turned up with some black tape! That lasted about 6 months until the glue went as you can imagine. I assume nobody in the road is a VM customer !
