Plusnet outage maybe?

Hi there I'm in Rochdale just had 1 hour of downtime with plusnet, anyone eles have the same prob?

No, but their service has been terrible for me in the past month.
5.5M in the morning and only 248K throughput in the evenings (measured using this site) Until last month it was 5.5M all day.
Plusnet say that it's my router - I've tried two, and two microfilters.
It looks like terrible contention, but the exchange reports no capacity issues.
It's too slow for me to take my online video based courses in the evenings - I'm going to have to get up an hour earlier to do them before I leave for work at 7:00

Nothing bad on my profile (connection data below).

I've noticed increased latency on some weekday evenings at peak times (but not weekends). Speedtests have been slightly more likely to be slower at random times (from my typical 6.5 Meg to anywhere between 4.5 Meg and 6 Meg).

I wonder if Plusnet need to light up more kit (or whatever the phrase is)?

Since the PN network changes occurred the latency for my connection has increased by around forty percent. With the exchange still being 20CN and the connection now being IPSC I'm putting it down to that ......... of course I could be wrong in that assumption
