Can you access this website?

Hi can anyone on xilo CW tell me if they can access this website? www.saynoto0870.com

It keeps timing out for me and did the same the other day. I am not banned or anything but seems to work through a proxy. Don't understand why, unless that site has blocked most xilo ip adresses or bad connection from xilo.

Fine here too on Bethere so maybe peering routing issue?

The remote end appears to be blocking your connection - nothing that we've enforced i'm afraid.

I've found that if you try to use it twice on the same day, the site will lock you out on the second attempt.
Absurd, I know - but that's how it seems to me.

I have sent a message to the forum mod and he said he will try and look into it.
Just rebooted my pc and my router but still the same.

I remember reading some time ago on some ISP that, a person was blocked from some websites. The ISP said as normal, not a problem at the ISP end but it turned out that, the ISP's IP addresses, were on some block list. Not the IWF I don't think.

Something like, Xilo IP block all.
