Re: Broadband problems with Orange - HELP

[re: RobertoS] [link to this post]

I for one have given up with orange, my connection is [censored] probably due to the modem, this is the second one we have received recently. I've decided to jump ship and go with another supplier as my work relies on me having a decent internet connection as I use VPN.

I keep trying to download software from MS so I can do everything on my PC without connecting to work but due to the connection interruptions I have not been able to do it successfully frown

Me too! after 3 routers, but still lousy download speeds @ peak times, plus cut offs ............... moved phone rental/calls + broad band to BT. Will pay more after introductory deal expires, but overall much happier smile

I too had horrendous problems with Orange despite being awesome Cell phone providers they just cannot get their act together with Broadband it seems.

I got so fed up with buck passing and inaction I managed to get my complaints escalated beyond the dreaded intercontinental call centres and spoke to a manager in Newcastle. After much discussion I was let out of the contract without further payment and went with Be. Best move I ever made despite the stress involved in achieving it!
