YouTube HD really slow?

Is it just me or is YouTube HD ridiculously slow to buffer out? I could blame the speed of my Sky Internet connection but the video is fluctuating between using 150-300Kbps - never reaching my lines max rate of around 700Kbps.

700Kbps is hardly fast, when HD material on YouTube can hit 5000Kbps.

If you drop to a lower quality does it stream ok? Also are you on Sky Connect or Sky LLU, the former is more congested generally.

Is your connection speed still around 5Mbps? Did you do anything about the router you thought was failing?
