Yarwell, BT price list discrepancy

Hi, first just to say thanks to yarwell for making an easy list to look at FTTC prices and packages. Wish all ISP's did a simple list like that.

Problem is, the total price on BT option 2 fiber, seems wrong. It cost more than £307.20 a year beacuse it's an 18 month contract not 12 months.

18x25= £450 year minus £15 current offer.

Dont know why fiber is still so expenisve anyway. It about time it came down to about £19 a month. Even though BT are not the best, they work out beter value for money than all the others. High user more so.

Disagree. Raise the price and pay for the UK's infrastructure upgrades.

You mean the "basic cost in year 1"? How else are you going to compare costs?

Erm, no. The quoted Thinkbroadband article is misleading unfortunately. That article is about a promotional offer package for new customers only and includes a "Evening & Weekends" calls package.

Pre-existing customers of Infinity had their monthly price increased to £26.80 as from 3 December 2011. At least that is what happened to me, since I have Infinity Option 2 with the addition of an "Anytime" calls package that costs extra on top of the broadband service.
