Netgear DGN2000 Error Stats

Hi all,
Looks like my parents are still having problems with their home broadband and Plusnet believe it is in the property. Will be going over there on Saturday to do some more testing but have one question before I go. They have a Netgear DGN2000 router and I will need to be able to monitor the error stats. I know I can't get them from the web interface so can anyone confirm if they are definitely available via the telnet interface and if so which command to run and which errors I am looking for?

It would be better to install and run Routerstats, this also can show the Telnet information in a handy tab in the program as well as plot the noise margins and sync speeds and whatever you like.

DGN2000 is supported by the full Routerstats programs.

Thanks InQ and XRaySpeX - I will look at both options, hopefully be able to track down whatever is continuing to cause issues, my money is on one of the sky boxes.
