BT Speedtest (ADSL&FTTC) not been working properly on my line for around 4 weeks. now back and showing IP profile information but detects "Premium" services which it then runs a QoS test on. Says that the video quality of service test has failed and that I should contact my ISP - any ideas what this test is ??? not aware of any premium services on the line.
