Broadband technology resources?

Hey,

I am a level 2 technical support advisor for an ISP, so I consider myself to have a basic-slightly advanced understanding of broadband and telephony principles/technology. I would however love to expand on this knowledge as I intend to continue higher through my career and possible branch out into network engineering.

Do any of you know some interesting and useful resources, or even courses, that could help me achieve this. I have done a few google searches and the like but nothing resourceful ever pops up.

Gone through our FAQ's on www.thinkbroadband.com and following the in/outs of people with faults around here will reveal a lot of information in real world situations
