Just looking at the Tesco broadband unlimited product

there fup states
"2. If the customer does not modify their usage but continues to exceed the FUL for a further two consecutive months, we will suspend or terminate the customer�s service."
As far as i was aware as of the 1st of April if you sell an unlimited product you can no longer suspend or cut a customer off
