Yep, that's pretty bad, it's either a line fault or the usual Connect congestion. What are your stats looking like?

It was bad ... 60ms latency and some packet loss, but after the outage from 3:50 AM to 9:15 this morning it seems to have improved with just 20ms latency. Did you take it off line or was it a network fault?
