Virgin Media Player

My Virgin Media Player is constantly dropping out with error 402.
This has been posted numerous time by lots of people on the VM forums, but nothing seems to have changed.
I'm running at 20Mb (19.4 average) and using Google Chrome.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
