A new report from Analysys Mason has been published by OFCOM suggesting HS Broadband rollout cost could be cut by 10% by using slot-cutting, optimised mole-ploughing and aerial cables on a wide-scale in the UK

It would be kind of you to give a link to the actual report, rather than just to the OFCOM site. I can't find the report there.
