Market 1 - best options?

Looking to advice someone moving to a rural location where the expected speed is around 2Mbps. She's not a big downloader so the cheaper the better really she doesn't want to be spending £20 a month for internet.

Plusnet look a good option - but are there any others?

Give Goscomb a try...a niche ISP with better support/service than Plusnet but without matching the price tag of ISPs such as Zen, AAISP etc. £14.40pm gives you a 8218/448 kbps connection with 10GB download pm, a static ip address, no throttling, 1 month contract and superb customer support. I used to be with them and was almost in tears when i left them to sleep with the devil aka TalkTalk.

and I thought you had to be on a decent/short line to get an 8128 connection
