Is this normal

Having recentley migrated to PN from O2. PN first put me on ADSL (992.1) so I asked to be put on ADSL2+ (992.5) the line attenuation rose over 10db.
I understod that it would rise but not by this amount, is this normal or would it indicate a problem

line attenuation (as opposed to signal attenuation) usually rises by 3 dB going to 992.1 to 992.5 if the line just losers the additional signals over 1 MHz.

What did the sync speed and SNR margin do ?

The sync and snr stayed the same
