Improved upload spped with a different provider?

I work at a small business out of a residential address in the city suburbs.

We buy our broadband from a local adsl reseller on a BT line and get speeds of 52ms ping Downloads speed of 6.87Mb and an upload speed of 0.36Mb

The upload speed is a real problem, it would be great to improve it. If we changed suppliers is it likely that it would improve?

There is no cable in the road. Might it help if we moved from a BT line to a line run by Talk Talk?

I'm finding it hard to make a decision as you can't get any figures from a company until you sign a 12 month contract.

Please provide router stats and which exchange you are on?

ask the reseller for a price for a business / office grade connection with an 832k upstream if you're on a 20CN BT only exchange.

Or go to Talk Talk or a reseller where you'll get ADSL2+ capable service with ~1M upstream.
