BT Infinity- Who owns what?

I have BT/OR Infinity package and, as I intend moving house shortly, I want to know who owns the Modem and Hub?

If it's me, can I just take them with me?

If you're breaking the contract, they may want the HH3 back but otherwise take them with you.

The modem is BT property.
