Moving from TalkTalk LLU to BT Infinity

I'm currently on TalkTalk Essentials (phone + full LLU broadband) and am looking to move everything (phone + broadband) over to BT phone and BT Infinity broadband. I'm out of contract with TT, however as I would be moving from ADSL to Fibre I don't know what the procedure is, e.g. do I have to obtain a mac from TT first or can I just raise an order with BT? It's all very confusing! Thanks.

Essentials is full LLU, so no MAC can be generated

You raise orders with BT who pass the news about you moving onto TalkTalk, who will write and confirm you want to leave.
