Grabbed a TBB Meter pic for diagnosis. What do you think?

Is this what you'd consider a healthy line?

The reason I ask this is because although on the graph its showing my speed spiking up to 4meg-ish, I am still having trouble playing games online.
Shouldn't it be showing solid green? I am currently downloading a game update and its taking forever!

Many thanks in advance for responding to this basic post.

The place you are downloading the update from may have very variable capacity, particularly if millions of others are trying to get the same download.

NOTE: If trying to still play games while the update is happening I would expect the gaming experience to not be good.

The small spikes up to 4 Mbps from the flat 3.5 Mbps are probably just effects of the network card/av software.
