Indeed, but they're ALL available from the Royal Mail database, so actually, I'm not convinced it's that difficult. Anyway, that's my rant for the day...
One of the good things is that if an address is incorrect, you can't actually change it - even though the option is on their web site.
I was about to have an operation a few years ago and they checked my name and address (as they do) and I said it wasn't correct, but would do.
Never mind, the nurse said, I'll go and change it. I said it was a waste of time and when she came back lo and behold, it accepted the change but when she checked, it hadn't changed.
