Broadband Local council infill's

When someone has had the local infill using one of the contracted services, what list do they go on as ready for ordering. As most are through a contract with BT will they go onto the BT wholesale checker. Then can you only buy from a set provider or can you buy from any provider like talk talk or Sky?

The local council work via Openreach is sold on exactly the same basis as the commercial roll-out.

So full ISP list of Sky, TalkTalk etc will be available.

There are conditions, that as Sky and TalkTalk use full LLU to unbundle the voice, if they do not have their LLU kit in the exchange the telephone is connected to (which can be a different one to the one that the fibre goes to) then they will usually not let you order the service.
