Disconnection

Whenever I make or receive a phone call, my broadband connection drops out, about 4-5 seconds after the phone call is finished. It is OK during the phone call. I have replaced the filters, unplugged the extensions etc. all to no avail. I am on TalkTalk LLU. Any ideas ?

Generally a sign of High Resistance fault, caused by dodgy joint, or water ingress.
Eventually they often start to affect the broadband all the time rather than when you just answer the phone.

They can be difficult to fault find but improved tests should allow the right engineer to spot them
