How does
this
compare with the TBB speedtester. I always get faster speeds reported by BTW than by TBB.

Given the ability for the wholesale tester to bypass parts of the Internet then it is possible,
You would need to plot the throughput over time to get an idea of what numbers the BTW one is reporting e.g. mean vs median vs burst
