Probably fine, you should also be more clear about what the system is going to do, i.e.

1. Is this just another survey
2. Or is it a tester that runs on a persons connection, in which case why not the existing SamKnows system
3. Or something else
4. What makes it different to the many other software testers out there
5. What does the respondent get in terms of benefit?
