Broadband woes

I have just joined this forum so please allow for any initial mistakes.

Before I end up posting my my tale of woe in the wrong part of the forum, would someone please tell me where to post. I realise that I have not posted any details yet but please let me know what is it that I should post.

Here's fine or you can choose the sub-forum for your ISP if there is one.

As BatBoy says, or if it's an FTTC problem possibly the Fibre sub-forum.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

As I have Copper to Exchange and my provider is PlusNet, I will post in the PlusNet part of the forum.
