WLR Telephone Only Transfer - Keep Broadband?

Hi All

I am currently in the process of migrating a Post Office WLR service to Primus WLR (keeping existing number). I am aware of the terrible customer service issues with Primus, the line in question is part of a MLPPP bundle and does not require a high level of customer service.

My question here, is will my existing broadband service remain intact on the line? This is provided by a third party who use EntaNet. I assume the tag will remain intact on the line and all will be good? I do not wish to be in the situation where I have to pay for DSL re provide as my provider charges.

The service in question is 20CN.

WLR to WLR should not affect the broadband at all

Thank you - I assumed this was the case, but neither the ISP, Post Office or Primus could confirm!

Have done these transfers a couple of times and broadband was never affected

So have lived it
