FTTC Availablity - Enlighten me?

I popped my phone number into the BT checker and got this:

The Stop Sale date for Datastream is from 30-Jun-2012;
the Formal Retirement date for Datastream is from 30-Jun-2014.

The Stop Sale date for IPstream is from 31-Dec-2012;
the Formal Retirement date for IPstream is from 28-Feb-2014.

The exchange is 21CN enabled and the RFS date (on Sam Knows) is set at 01-May-2014. We've had some cab work, so one is hopeful, but I am wondering if the whole thing will go live without much fanfare, or will my ISP (Plusnet) notify me, or what?

Can I infer from the quoted info that the FTTC changeover will be complete by end of June, so the RFS date is good?

The quoted bits are nothing to do with fttc

Which exchange and cabinet?
Remember an rfs date for an exchange does not mean all cabs on that date.

Datastream and IPStream are 20CN products and are being withdrawn from all 21CN exchanges. End of.
