yet my phone still has the wi if strength signal at full?
That's because your phone is indicating that it is still connected to the router. What you are (possibly) complaining of, is that the router is no longer connected to the ISP.
Can anyone help or explain what to do please.
First steps, go have a look at the router, and see what lights it is displaying, you might wish to try powering the router on and off again.
Check the line, is there a dialling tone on it ? Who is this service with, ?
Is anything else in the house connected to this router, does that still work ?
Is it just Netflix that no longer works on your phone, or the all t'internet based stuff ?
