Zen DSL issues today

Anyone else hit by Zen's DSL issues today? Or any other network affected?

It appears that we are being assigned addresses in the 172.16.x.x range instead of our proper Zen IP address. I know I've had this issue before and it was out of Zen's hands so I'm suspecting that it's an issue with BTW's kit - would I be right in that assumption?
