Sorry in advance if this post should be placed elsewhere but here goes:
Sky recently upgrades its software last week many people are now unable to access the On demand service

When you call Sky they request you do a rebuild reset reset the router on and on for some this as worked, for many the issue is still with us.
Screen info sates the wifi is connected to the router, connection to on demand fail
Any ideas how to resolve please?
Ive received a warning about not being negative in the Sky forum but its just pure frustration they refuse to admit there is a glitch with the update. I like many other customers were using On demand previously without any issue.
To ad insult my line speed as dropped given the constant router resets which I also trying to now sort out.
