Amber warning at exchange I'm moving to

Hello

I'm moving back to a flat I lived in last year when with the Post Office for several months, this time I'm taking BT service.

I noticed the exchange has switched to an amber warning since I left http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/?exchange=Slinfo...

Is this likely to cause any issues? I note there is no fix date.

If it hasn't been fixed then I would expect congestion.
