Slow loading of some websites e.g. Think broadband

Over the last three days I have had slow upload of some sites (not all). On doing a trace route I see that two BT sites seem to be slow (217.41.216.29 & 213.120.176.34). Has anyone else seen problems or know what the issue is and how/ if I could investigate further please? Thanks in advance!

It may be the same problem as this poster.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.6/14.1Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Thanks RobertoS. Yes some of the higher latency nodes are the same. Nothing on the BT sites so will just have to wait till it is resolved .... Am feeling quite chilled so won't spoil my weekend by ringing the BT HellDesk sorry, typo, meant Help Desk.

Oh dear. Yes I too risked my sanity this morning and the white coats are coming to get me.

At this point I'll accept the white coats... at least it'll remove me from the requirement to call or online chat to BT.. I was in position number 189 last night, got to 0 and then no agent available. Happened twice.
