Tonight I had a breakthrough, it happens when my phone number is dialled. I use an ADSL faceplate so assumed it must be broken. So I tried using a ADSL filter but the same thing happens. Interestingly having no phone even connected, just the router plugged in, literally the second I dial my number on my mobile it still drops.
I have contacted ZEN, so I'm hoping they will get it sorted. I was just wondering does anyone know what will be the cause of this?
