I've been approached by an SME in London asking - just wondered if anyone has had any experiences of getting these vouchers, anything to watch out for etc.

Make sure supplier is not inflating costs of install/hardware
Check ongoing service is suitable for needs and cost of future capacity upgrades
Thank you for that. In that case it might be enough to convince VM to dig across the road if nothing else. They don't require anything major - they are running on a couple of shonky ADSL2+ lines at the moment.
I'll have a look round anyway.
