Oops! Totally misread that, my mistake.
You can try Mr Garner but I got a stock response about routing a complaint through my provider.
Mine was a complaint about missed engineer visit but perhaps if it's about their conduct or quality of work he will take better interest.
So yeah sorry, Mr Patterson is only good to you if you're a BT Broadand customer but if not try contacting your provider CEO as well.
