I need Broadband without added line rental??

I was a o2 customer until Sky bought it up. I was on £5 month Broadband until next month, then it goes up to £12.50.
I think the broadband has gone down since Sky brought it.
I don't want to switch my line rental from Primus.
I have the basic Sky as well.
Is there a Broadband company that just does Broadband without me having to change my line rental?
I asked for my MAC code from Sky, and got the heavy sales pitch to switch my line rental to them, to get a lower Broadband bill....

Plusnet. They charge a little more for it if the line rental is elsewhere, and the really cheap joining deals usually don't apply.

Currently a few FTTC users are experiencing congestion. Whether it is Plusnet or BT Wholesale at fault doesn't seem clear to me. Most of us see no problem.

Yes, lots

I'm with Freeola(via Entanet FTTC) and have my line rental with Zen.
(I wish Freeola did have a phone + BB package though!)

I think the majority of providers will let you sign up for broadband without having to move your line rental...

Yes, I think it's just BT/Sky/TalkTalk and EE that usually make it compulsory.
