Slow speed

Normally my download speed has been 3-4m, suddenly it has dropped to 0.47m. I have disconnected the telephones and rebooted my "Technicolour" router, to no avail. Any suggestions as to what course I may take to remedy it? It seems to have happened since I had to disconnect my computer, my wife wanted a good clean up!

Get a set of line stats and post them here.

Then whilst waiting for comments, disconnect the phone line from the modem before powering off. Then turn off the modem and leave it for a good 30 minutes.

Power up modem, wait for two or three minutes then connect to phone socket.
