I just when to do a check on BT's DSL Checker and it seems to be down to me at the moment.
All I get is the following:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. It has been like that for the last couple of hours as far as I know, maybe longer.
So I am gathering they are doing some updates to the page.
The root page is fine, its just when you try and do a query.

You mean this one? Just tried it and got the following for my phone number:-
FTTC Range A (Clean) 59.6 39.3 16.1 10 -- Available
FTTC Range B (Impacted) 50.8 28.2 15.9 7 -- Available
Edit - failing if I start with the root page already open. Working three times starting from scratch.

Nope, IE and Chrome keeps failing every few tries, so maybe they are having load issues, due to I am seeing loads of the following:
We are sorry but the checker is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later. So I will try again tomorrow.

Working for me for info, still no sign of fibre. Hmm, well I keep getting this in all my browsers:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. And when it gets part that it says the following:
Your address has been successfully matched; however we cannot determine ADSL availability at this address. Please try the Telephone Number or Postcode Checker. So I enter our BT phone number and then get the following: There is no data available for this number. This could be either because it is not a BT line or it is a new BT number that has just been provided. Most new numbers will appear on the checker 24 hours after BT has installed the line. So I refresh it and also resend the data and then it works.
So like I said I thing that site is under load or maybe updating it.

Down here too! Ok, so its not me then, thought I did something wrong
Are you getting the same message as me?
If so it must be a load issue or down for changes then.
*** update ***
Seems http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when/ is hanging for me as well, so maybe they are updating records in the database.
BTOR Where and when page is telling me the following when I enter address or phone number:
The postcode/number checker is currently experiencing technical difficulties. We are working to resolve these. Please check back later.

Yes, same as in OP. Did work once out of about 8. But only IE8 fails; OK in FF.

BTOR Where and when page has been just sitting there trying to lookup my phone number for about 10 mins now and the rotating image is still rotating, so something is wrong.
