...were seen in my street today and the occupants were knee or waist deep in a telecoms manhole, which is 0.4km from the cab, but 0.2km from my house.
We've had an increase in FTTC connections of late, so I wondered if it's likely that BT would bother to run fibre to 'manhole' (Dp?) in a large village. Albeit, we're in a new build area. Copper from the cab to my house as far as I know.
More likely, they might have been messing with new house phone line connections. Can the first idea be ruled out?
