Open order on line, how long to remove?

Intended to migrate to a new ISP with activation on the 17th August, my current ISP has an open ticket for my account stating -

A LLU PSTN cease has been placed on this account. This is due to complete on 17/08/2015.

I have had to cancel my migration(today) to the new ISP but intend to move to another ISP - broadband order checkers currently state there is an open order on my line, does anyone have any idea how long I'll have to wait for the current order to be cancelled so that I can start the migration process to another ISP?

Are you sure that this order was not part of your migration?

Did you used to be a Coms/Timico customer or am i thinking of someone else?

I assume the order was part of my migration but since the current migration has been terminated today(with the new ISP), and at least one broadband availability check won't give me results because it states there is an open order on the line, I'm just wondering how long it will be before my cancelled migration filters through to whatever databases ISPs use?

EDIT:

OK, it looks like the "open order" on my line has now been removed according to the broadband checker I was using. Problem solved.

No, not a Coms/Timico customer - the terminology is just taken from Plusnet status tickets.

Your OP reads as if you had to cancel the migration because of the cease order . Whereas it now seems you cancelled the migration, and this cease order took a while to be removed.

Something like that.
