I had a check today on codelook and noticed that the cabinet I am connected to isn't on there. Also all the post codes in the area seem to be missing, I'm pretty sure mine used to be on there just with an incorrect road name. Is this unusual?

It's cabinet 92 on Horsham Carfax, you had looked in to the issue with my area before in terms of availability with fttp,

I had meant is it weird for a post code to disappear from there, not was it weird that the road name was incorrect.

Looks like that might be the answer then, actually thinking about it last time I checked the database from code look thought the post code was on the Slinfold exchange and not Horsham so maybe at some point they will correct that. Alternatively they have said we don't serve those houses and just deleted us

I had a similar query months back and Angus at Magenta responded to email and was very helpful.
