Best websites to see what is on offer to me

Apart from Sam Knows and the site below, what are other decent sites to let me know what Broadband i can get, I live in a area that is very poor but they are putting new green boxes in but no idea if they wil cover me, I am on an EO line the site below says the following:

Technology: Pending - EO Line

But i don't get fibre i get about 3.5mbits on adsl2+ and that is the best we can get round here, any others sites i should check that will give me a heads on when i may be able to sign up for something faster

There's quite a number of exchange only lines on that exchange that are in the process of being converted to cabinets for the purpose of FTTC. If you provide your postcode we can check further.
