Speed: Assuming the checker gives a cabinet number then it will be dependent on the actual cable route from house to original PCP to new FTTC cabinet. If you can make a reasonable guess at the route following poles or manholes it is easier to give a ball park figure. As a guide: 200m total, will usually give a max attainable significantly over 80Mbps, and thus a sync of just under 80Mbps at around 400m the max attainable will drop to around 80Mbps with a similar sync speed.
