Phase?

I was wondering if there is a way to know what phase BT Openreach are on, on rolling out FTTC?

Irrelevant, the phases are just a way of identifying which announcement batch a cabinet was in, but phases do overlap and you can have cabinets from a 2013 phase still waiting to go live.

i.e. being in a phase does not convey any guarantee of delivery by a certain date, or even guarantee delivery as cabinets do drop out e.g. power company increases quote, locals object to cabinet location, wayleave negotiations block work to get fibre to cabinet
