Stream errors

Trying to listen to a stream at http://www.nonstop80s.net/ the nonstop80s stream and I keep getting stream error. I have managed about half an hour using the TuneIn app to the same station but then it dropped out so I switched to the web stream and same problem there just dropping out. Me (my ISP) or them?

Traceroute in that case proves nothing beyond suggesting its not your connection.

As a test all 3 streams pause and restart after only 30secs for me
