For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.6 Mbps-7.15 Mbps

That is some range of speed, could someone remind me how the min and max range of speed quoted is arrived at, plus due to the laws of physics and the distance to the exchange any speed over 4.5Meg is impossible?
The connection (EO) is ADSL to a 20CN exchange.
