Huawei EchoLife HG612 - Is G.INP Enabled?

Hello I'm using a Huawei EchoLife HG612 modem that's unlocked & seems to work perfectly with latest firmware that should support G.INP - I'm on a Huawei cab. Is here any way from the limited stats the modem gives whether G.INP is enabled or not?

I have used the HG612 for quite a while in its unlocked state which as I understand did not support G.INP. I do prefer separate modem � router - it�s nice now to be able to see line stats now it�s unlocked.

The presence of Bearer 1 is a give-away.

Where would I fine Bearer 1? plz? BTW it's only been unlocked a day or so. Stats are somewhat limited in comparison to an Aus 68 modem router for example?

Full stats are available through telnet.

I assume you're referring to the web interface which is known to be wrong but if you goto Status > WAN > xDSL, you should see Path 0 and Path 1 on Statistics at the bottom.

Max: Upstream rate = 28707 Kbps, Downstream rate = 72320 Kbps
Bearer: 0, Upstream rate = 19999 Kbps, Downstream rate = 71866 Kbps
Can I assume G.INP is not enabled?

As BB says - dslstats and you can see everything without needing to run the telnet commands yourself.

If you don't see

Max: Upstream rate = 28707 Kbps, Downstream rate = 72320 Kbps
Bearer: 0, Upstream rate = 19999 Kbps, Downstream rate = 71866 Kbps
Bearer: 1, Upstream rate = 0 Kbps, Downstream rate = 0 Kbps

then G.INP isn't enabled.
