A SIM provide just means the ADSL/FTTC provision is done at the same time as the line goes in ....

Managed installs on DSL are few and far between these days, the CP�s want it as cheap as chips.

They also have their own bods doing home visits for broadband issues now, these guys fit SSFP�s too.
